Field Executive

Job Title: Field Executive

Location: As per assigned area

Department: Sales / Operations

• Job Responsibilities :Visit customers in assigned territory for product promotion and service support
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Collect and verify customer documents
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
• Maintain daily visit reports and update MIS
• Achieve assigned monthly targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and disbursements
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers
• Required Skills & Qualifications :Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and data entry
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Experience:Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in field sales / collection / insurance / finance
