Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Senior HR Executive with 3 to 7 years of experience to manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance, ensuring efficient and compliant HR functions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Support performance appraisal and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years of progressive HR experience including payroll management.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
