Senior Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer with 7 to 10 years of expertise in team leadership, fabrication, welding, mechanical design, and stainless steel (SS) material handling, specifically in the manufacturing of food processing machines. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, and ensuring quality standards in food processing machine production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets in food processing machine manufacturing.
• Oversee fabrication and welding processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards for food-grade equipment.
• Apply mechanical design knowledge to improve production efficiency and product quality of food processing machines.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, resource allocation, and material usage, especially SS materials used in food processing machinery.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with food industry standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and waste in food processing machine manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in production, fabrication, welding, and mechanical design, with a focus on food processing machine manufacturing.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
