Senior Purchase Executive

Objective:

To efficiently manage and optimize the procurement process of machinery and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality compliance, and timely availability to support the company’s production goals and growth in the food processing machinery sector.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Prepare purchase orders, reports, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in machinery or food processing industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and procurement software.
