Job Title: Site Engineer – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Office Location: Kheda Gujarat (Site-Based)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee the erection and installation of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) across various project sites in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage PEB erection teams and subcontractors on-site.

• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, site logs, and material records.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers for smooth execution.

• Monitor resource utilization and control project costs.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–3 years of experience in PEB or industrial construction projects.

• Strong understanding of PEB systems, erection techniques, and safety norms.

• Proficient in reading structural drawings and using basic site tools.

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel and work at various site locations across Gujarat.
