Store Keeper

The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of materials, tools, and finished goods. The role ensures proper stock control, accurate records, and timely availability of materials for operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices and delivery notes

Maintain proper storage and labeling of materials and tools

Issue materials as per approved requisitions

Keep accurate stock records (manual or system-based)

Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory

Report shortages, excess stock, or damaged materials

Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments

Maintain cleanliness and organization of store area

Ensure compliance with safety and material handling procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma

Requirements:

• MS Office work (Excel, Word, Email)
• Good communication skills
• Documentation and Reports Generation.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures

• Ability to maintain records,Good communication skills and documentation Basic computer knowledge like MS Office work (Excel, Word, Email,ERP preferred)
