We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator & Programmer with experience in programming and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathe machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing CNC programs, setting up the machine, and ensuring efficient production of precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC lathe machines with Fanuc controllers.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
• Write, modify, and optimize G-code and M-code programs for efficient machining.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production runs.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and machine maintenance schedules.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating and programming Fanuc-controlled CNC lathe machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience in setting up tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling selection for different materials.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for machine and programming issues.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering / CNC Machining is an additional benefit.
• Prior experience in precision manufacturing.
