Factory Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Factory Manager from the Food Industry (mandatory), preferably with strong experience in Spices, Sauces, and Dehydrated Vegetables & Fruits manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling factory operations independently, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high-quality standards at all times.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end factory operations and ensure daily activities run efficiently.
• Manage production line-up, manpower planning, and process optimization.
• Ensure accurate documentation, batch records, and production reports.
• Stay up to date about all factory activities including procurement, inventory, machinery, hygiene, safety, and dispatches.
• Maintain strict quality standards, hygiene protocols, and compliance with food safety norms.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow — production, QA/QC, maintenance, purchase & logistics.
• Implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely raw material planning.
• Handle audits, certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Take full ownership of overall operations, including troubleshooting day-to-day challenges.
