Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing operations, from production and packaging to dispatch and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory, maintain process efficiency, uphold quality standards, and meet production deadlines.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage production, operations, packaging, and dispatch operations to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Monitor and optimize production efficiency, reduce wastage, and ensure cost control.
• Maintain updated process documentation, SOPs, and production records.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries to customers/distributors.
• Enforce quality and hygiene standards as per company and FSSAI norms.
• Lead, train, and motivate production and packing staff for better performance.
• Ensure machine maintenance schedules are followed to prevent downtime.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchase and sales teams for smooth workflow.
• Identify process improvement areas and implement lean manufacturing practices.
