Electrical Technician

Job Purpose:

The Ride Operator is responsible for safely operating amusement rides and attractions at the resort. The role ensures guests have an enjoyable experience while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and resort service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned rides and attractions in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Conduct pre-operation safety checks and ensure rides are in proper working condition.
• Monitor guests during rides to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
• Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides, including providing safety instructions.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and provide assistance when required.
• Report any ride malfunctions, safety hazards, or unusual incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the ride area.
• Enforce height, age, and health restrictions as per resort and ride safety standards.
• Follow emergency procedures when required.
• Support in crowd management, line control, and guest flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in amusement parks, resorts, or hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn ride operations.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and assist guests safely.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations responsibly.
