Search Engine Optimization Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on experience who can improve website rankings, generate organic leads, and optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-based search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Perform keyword research based on search intent and business goals

Optimize website pages (meta tags, headings, URLs, content)

Improve internal linking and site structure

Execute off-page SEO (high-quality backlink building, outreach)

Handle technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawl issues, mobile optimization)

Plan and execute SEO content strategy

Work on local SEO (Google Business Profile, location-based pages, citations)

Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare reports

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

Create content in question-answer format

Optimize for featured snippets & “People Also Ask”

Add FAQ sections and schema markup

Write clear and direct answers for voice/search queries

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

Optimize content for AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI, etc.)

Focus on structured, high-quality, and trustworthy content

Improve brand visibility in AI-generated results

Implement entity-based SEO and authority building

Required Skills

Strong experience in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO

Understanding of SEO + AEO + GEO concepts

Hands-on experience with tools:

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Ahrefs / SEMrush

Knowledge of website structure and CMS (WordPress or similar)

Ability to analyze data and take actionable decisions

Preferred Skills

Experience in Local SEO (city-wise ranking like Mumbai, Pune, etc.)

Understanding of lead generation through SEO

Basic knowledge of content writing and optimization
