Customer Relationship Manager

·      EMI collection for Group Loan product from individual customers

·      Source Group Loan customer according to their needs

·      Close base sourcing for the customers who have closed their earlier Group Loan product loan

·      Deposit the collected EMIs to the cashier by 4 PM everyday

·      Prepare EMI collection plan for the next day along with line manager & skip level manager

·      Cross sell 3rd party products such as gold loan, TW loan, FD, RD, Saving Account

·      Convince loan lead base Group Loan customer for disbursement of Group Loan product

Basic Job Requirement

·      Must be open to travel & visit customers house for EMI collection

·      Must have a DL & TW for daily travel

Qualification, Age & CTC

·      Academic Qualification- Min 12th pass

·      Age- Up to 30 years

·      CTC- 2.50 LPA
