Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician cum AC Technician responsible for handling electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting along with air-conditioning (AC/HVAC) installation, servicing, and repair. The role ensures safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations of electrical and HVAC systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, DBs, lighting, sockets, and power points

• Attend electrical breakdowns and rectify faults promptly

• Maintain motors, starters, MCC panels, and basic control circuits

• Ensure proper earthing, load balancing, and electrical safety

• Support installation of new machines and equipment

• Maintain electrical logbooks and maintenance records

AC Installation & Commissioning

• Install split, window, cassette, duct able, VRF / VRV AC systems

• Carry out commissioning, testing, and trial runs

• Ensure proper electrical wiring, earthing, and drainage

Maintenance & Servicing

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC systems

• Clean filters, coils, blowers, and condenser units

• Check refrigerant levels and pressure

• Maintain service records and logbooks

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 to 5+ years in Electrical & AC / HVAC Maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting & maintenance skills

• Practical knowledge of electrical systems and AC units
