Store In-charge

Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt Ltd. is seeking to hire an experienced Store Incharge. A Graduate with at least 5 years of related work experience can apply for the same. Candidates from Roads & Bridge Construction background will be preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:- 

·        Record the store materials receipt and consumption on a daily basis.

·        Checking the stock as per records.

·        Receiving materials, stocking, recording of receipts, assisting the Engineers to prepare quality reports of the received materials.

·        Issue materials as per indent for different works.

·        General supervision on the site regarding wastage of materials, improper use of materials etc.

·        Recollecting any balance/ unused materials at the end of the working days.

·        Handing over of the charge of materials lying in the site premises to the night duty personnel from the day security guards.

·        Update records on display boards and display slates regarding the stock.

·        Prepare weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly consumption reports jointly with the Junior Engineer/ Supervisor.

·        Prepare a list of excess materials.

·        Update the stock periodically.

·        Inform the concerned Engineer/ Supervisor/ Site In charge/ project manager of the status of balance materials in order to raise further indent.

·        Follow up with suppliers, with prior consent from purchase department, to ensure timely supply.

·        Maintain records of departmental tools, machinery etc. on site.

·        Maintain record of cash purchase.

·        Records of empty cement bags received from contractor.

·        Maintain records of electricity and water bills.

  Minimum Requirements·        Graduate in any discipline with 5 years of relevant work experience .

·        Exposure to Construction Company. (Preferred)

·        Sound knowledge of Inventory Management.

·        Good Communication skills.

·        Dexterity.

·        Ability to work flexible hours.

 Monthly CTC: - negotiable
