Job Description – Team Leader / HR Coordinator

📍 Location: Rudrapur (Uttarakhand)

Experience: Relevant experience in staffing / recruitment / HR coordination (same domain)

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters/HR executives

Coordinate with clients and represent the organization professionally

Handle client communication, follow-ups, and requirement closures

Ensure timely hiring, joining, and documentation of candidates

Maintain and track recruitment data using MS Excel

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Support offer rollout, onboarding, and post-joining coordination

Resolve team-level issues and guide members to achieve targets

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in staffing industry operations

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Ability to represent himself confidently in front of clients

Good working knowledge of MS Excel (tracking, MIS, reports)

Team management and leadership capabilities

Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Salary:

💰 ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (NTH)
