Injection Molding Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Molding Machine Operator to operate and maintain molding machines, ensure product quality, and support smooth production operations.

• 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesOperate injection/blow/compression molding machines as per SOP
• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time
• Monitor production output and ensure quality standards
• Inspect molded parts for defects and report issues
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Maintain production records and reports
• Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times
• 🎓 RequirementsITI / Diploma / Relevant technical qualification
• 1–3 years experience in molding operations (preferred)
• Knowledge of machine settings and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of quality control
