Job SummaryThe Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining optimal inventory to support production and sales operations. The role focuses on improving inventory control processes, minimizing losses, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational requirements
• Oversee stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for stock planning
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and plan replenishment
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety standards
• Prepare inventory reports for management review
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or production environment
