Operation Manager

🎯 Role ObjectiveTo independently manage dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and inventory control, ensuring on-time deliveries, zero stock mismatch, and smooth daily movement of goods.

This role is execution-heavy, not just reporting.

• 🧩 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Dispatch Management (Daily Core Work)Plan and execute daily dispatches (local + outstation)
• Coordinate loading with warehouse & production teams
• Prepare dispatch documents:
• 
  
• Invoice
• E-way bill
• LR / Transport challan
• Ensure correct material, quantity, and packing
• Track dispatched vehicles till delivery confirmation
• 2️⃣ Logistics CoordinationLiaise with transporters, truck owners, tempo services
• Negotiate freight rates (daily & monthly)
• Plan route & vehicle type (tempo / 32 ft / container etc.)
• Handle delivery delays, shortages, or damages
• Maintain transporter performance records
• 3️⃣ Inventory ManagementMaintain real-time inventory (raw material + finished goods)
• Daily inward & outward stock entry
• Match physical stock vs system stock
• Highlight low stock / excess stock situations
• Support monthly stock audit
• 4️⃣ System & ReportingMaintain Excel / ERP / register entries
• Daily report:
• 
  
• Dispatch done
• Pending orders
• Vehicle status
• Stock position
• Coordinate with accounts & sales team
• 5️⃣ Process Discipline & ControlReduce dispatch errors & wrong material issues
• Improve loading efficiency & space utilization
• Ensure FIFO where required
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse flow
• 👤 Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have3–6 years experience in:

• Dispatch
• Logistics
• Inventory / Warehouse operations
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / textile / non-woven / packaging
• Strong ground-level execution ability
• Comfortable with Excel & basic systems
• Can handle pressure & daily follow-ups
• Good to HaveLocal transporter network knowledge
• ERP / Tally / inventory software exposure
• Team handling (helpers, loaders)
