Job Title: Business Development Manager– Agency Channel

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the Agency Channel at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The role involves building and managing a team of insurance advisors and driving life insurance sales through them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents

• Train and motivate advisors to generate business

• Support advisors in client meetings and sales closures

• Achieve monthly sales targets through the advisor network

• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers

• Conduct joint field work and business development activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory

• Age: 21–35 years (preferred)

• Experience in sales / BFSI / insurance preferred

• Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply

Field sales and vehicle mandatory

Salary: ₹3.84 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives
