Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor with a strong background in the marble industry to oversee daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising factory staff, managing workflow, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment, and driving production efficiency while adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Marble measurements ki full knowledge honi chahiye.
• Pahle se marble cutting ka experience hona chahiye.
• Kam se kam 1 saal marble company ka experience hona chahiye. 
• Achi organizing skills honi chahiye.
• Team ko ache se motivate karna aana chahiye.
• Kisi bhi problem ko solve karna aana chahiye.
• Production target complete karna aana chahiye. 
• Cutting, polishing, finishing, and packaging marble slabs ki knowledge hona jaruri hai.
• Kaam ki quality top class honi chahiye.
• Monitor and manage raw material usage, minimize waste ki knowledge honi chahiye. 
• Safety protocols and company policies ki achi knowledge honi chahiye.
