Hiring Business Development Associate (BDA) / Inside sales Executives 

Locations & Openings:

• KOchi (Maiayalam native speakers) – 20 positions

Work Mode: Work from home, Training: 10 days Training from Kochi Office then completely work from home opoortunity

Must have own laptop.

 Compensation

• In Training: 15000/- monthly
• Post-Training: Fixed 3.6 LPA (₹30,000/month) + Incentives, CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Including Incentives upto 2.4 LPA

 Eligibility:

• Age: 21–29 years, Unmarried
• Graduate/PG (Laptop mandatory)
• Fluent Maiayalam native speakers + Good English
• Anyone from sales background or fresher with good convincing skills can apply, Counselors, inside sales, telecallers, outbound sales, Business Development role can apply.
• Not eligible: Pursuing courses, competitive exam prep, online learners

Role Highlights

• Guide and counsel students & parents on career programs
• Manage sales cycle: calls, demos, closing, post-sales support
• Achieve weekly revenue & enrollment targets
• Build rapport, maintain lead records, and provide feedback

• Advantage EdTech sales experience.
