We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage core accounting functions while also ensuring excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, receipts, payments, expenses)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Handle GST billing, returns, and compliance
• Assist in monthly financial reports and audits
• Coordinate with CA for statutory filings
• Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
• Maintain proper financial documentation
• Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, payments, and policies
• Coordinate with sales and academic teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply)
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Good knowledge of GST and basic taxation
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam preferred)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
