Admission Counsellor

Job Overview

We are seeking a persuasive and empathetic Admissions Counsellor to help students secure their future. You will be responsible for calling a daily set of leads, communicating with parents and students, and closing admission seats for our partner colleges.

Key Responsibilities

•

Targeted Calling: Dial a specified number of leads provided daily to discuss college admissions.

•

Lead Conversion: Effectively explain course details, fee structures, and campus facilities to "close the deal" and secure the admission seat.

•

Daily Reporting: Maintain a log of calls made, follow-ups scheduled, and admissions closed.

•

Information Accuracy: Stay updated on the specific USPs (Unique Selling Points) of the colleges we represent to provide accurate information.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

•

Closing Skills: Proven ability to handle objections and guide a lead toward a final decision (Admission).

•

Educational Background: Any Graduate

•

High-volume calling requires a positive attitude throughout the day.

•

Ability to explain complex college details simply without misrepresenting facts.

•

Ability to meet daily calling quotas

•

Since you represent colleges, your voice is the first impression; professionalism is non-negotiable.
