Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to handle customer coordination and body repair service operations. The role involves managing customers and technicians to ensure high-quality bodyshop service and timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Attend bodyshop customers and understand accident/repair requirements.

Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and insurance-related documentation.

Coordinate between customers, technicians, painters, and insurance teams.

Monitor repair progress and ensure quality workmanship.

Update customers on repair status and delivery timelines.

Ensure proper inspection before vehicle delivery.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Maintain service and repair records as per company standards.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong technical knowledge of body repair and painting processes.

Ability to coordinate with technicians and insurance surveyors.

Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Basic computer and service software knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in bodyshop / accident repair service.

Experience in automobile showroom or authorized service center preferred.
