Job Title: Squad Manager

Location: Kochi / Remote

Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role:

The Squad Manager plays a central role in ensuring smooth operations between clients and our creative team. You’ll act as the bridge between clients, designers, and editors — managing project requests, tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of communication and quality.

Your goal: Keep the Squad running efficiently and every delivery on point.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Request Management:
  • Receive and review new design or video requests from clients, ensuring all required details and assets are available before assigning work.
  • Task Assignment & Coordination:
  • Assign tasks to the appropriate designer or editor based on workload and skill set. Track progress and ensure work is delivered within deadlines.
  • Workflow Management:
  • Monitor the project pipeline across all stages (New Request → Review → Lineup → Assigned → In Progress → For Review → Completed).
  • Delivery & Quality Control:
  • Review outputs before delivery to ensure quality and alignment with client requirements.
  • Communication Bridge:
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and creative team — ensuring clarity, timely feedback, and smooth collaboration.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Keep daily/weekly reports of work completed, pending tasks, and bottlenecks. Suggest improvements to optimize turnaround time and quality.
  • Key Skills & RequirementsStrong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in managing creative or production teams (designers/editors preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack, or similar task management systems.
  • A keen eye for design or content quality (bonus point if you have a creative background).
  • Preferred Experience1–3 years in project management, client servicing, or creative operations.
  • Previous experience in an agency, design studio, or marketing team.
