Key Responsibilities

• Site Management
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and coordinate on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or delays.
• Project Execution
• Ensure work is completed per design, specifications, and project schedule.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections.
• Safety Compliance
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure all personnel use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communication & Reporting
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and site conditions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and inspectors.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly site reports.
• Resource Management
• Manage material delivery, storage, and usage on-site.
• Identify resource needs and prevent waste.
• Assist in workforce planning and scheduling.
• Qualifications
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum [X] years of site supervision experience in construction, engineering, or related projects.
• Skills:
