Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet performance targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer-centric and team-oriented attitude.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
