About the Role:

ABC Talkies is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented OTT Support Executives to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers passionate about films and the dynamic world of content streaming.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and updating content on the OTT platform.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth content upload and metadata management.

Support social media teams in promoting OTT content across platforms.

Track and report on content performance and technical issues.

Stay updated with OTT trends and audience preferences.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.

Proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage.

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

A genuine passion for movies across various languages and genres.

Must be currently based in Kochi.

Minimum 1 year of social media experience (internships and academic projects are acceptable).

Understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.

Familiarity with OTT platforms and content streaming trends is highly desirable.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or any related field.
