Immigration Consultant Duties and Responsibilities
1. Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' eligibility for immigration programs.
2. Documentation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing required documents.
3. Application Preparation: Prepare and submit immigration applications to authorities.
4. Guidance: Provide guidance on immigration rules, regulations, and processes.
5. Representation: Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities.
6. Updates: Keep clients informed about application status and changes in immigration laws.
7. Compliance: Ensure clients comply with immigration requirements and regulations.
8. Consultation: Provide consultation on visa options, pathways to residency, etc.
