Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with strong office administration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent English communication abilities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to various departments.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with a high level of professionalism.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.

Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.

Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Liaise with clients, and internal staff to facilitate office activities.

Address and resolve any administrative issues promptly and efficiently.


Qualifications:


Proven experience in office administration or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
