Job Description

  • Explain and promote day-out packages to potential customers
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients
  • Coordinate with operations/vendors for smooth execution of bookings
  • Update CRM daily with lead status, follow-ups, and closures
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely responses
  • Maintain proper communication before and after booking
