Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive – UpSquad
Location: Kochi (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years in sales (services preferred)
About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, energetic Sales Executive to join UpSquad. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, meet potential clients, explain our services clearly, and close deals. You will be the face of UpSquad, helping businesses understand how our solutions can make their operations easier and more efficient.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Explain UpSquad’s services (Design Squad, Squad Hire, Apptitude, etc.) to prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, follow-ups, demos, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Requirements 1–3 years of sales experience (service-based company preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of client needs and consultative selling.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
