Job Title: Sales Agent

Location: Remote - with occasional meetups in Kochi

• Qualifications:Minimum education: Any Qualification
• Languages required: English and Malayalam (Fluency in both).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8 Hours + 1 Hour Break)
• Option 1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Option 2: 2 PM to 9. 30 PM
• Saturday : Conditional Working Day

Part time:

• Monday to Friday ( 4 Hours + 30 min Break)
• Option 1: 2 PM to 6:30 PM
• Option 2: 5 PM to 9. 30 PM
• Saturday : Conditional Working Day
• 5 hours daily work ( Monday to Saturday )

Compensation:Full Time Probation (3 to 6 months)₹10,000 - ₹20,000/monthPost-probation (Based on performance)₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month

Part TimePackage ₹6,000 - ₹10,000/monthProbation (3 to 6 months)

Target:

• 1 sale per week or 4 per month

Commission Package:

• For each sale closed - You'll received
• Rs 3,000 - If sale amount is 8K or below
• Rs 5,000 - for all other sales

Commission will be paid out as Rs 1,000 per month over a course of upcoming months.

Terms:

1. First 6 months will include probation and training.
2. If selected, you need to join immediately.
3. You need to have a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet to undertake this work.
4. Work will follow a hybrid model, with occasional team meet-ups in Kochi.
