Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to manage service operations and coordinate between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.

Prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices.

Monitor vehicle service progress and update customers regularly.

Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper quality checks.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Maintain service records and follow company service standards.

Upsell additional services and recommend maintenance solutions when required.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical knowledge of automobiles/mechanics.

Customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.

Basic computer knowledge (service software, MS Office, etc.).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.

Experience in automobile showroom or service center is an advantage.
