Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate 

support.

• Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

• Communicate effectively with customers in a minimum of three languages, including 

Malayalam and English.

• Work in various shifts to provide 24/7 support.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Malayalam and English; ability to communicate in at least one more 

language.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
