Job Title: Telecaller (Hindi)Location: Kochi

We are hiring for a leading NBFC

Job Summary:We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls, assist customers, and support daily operations for a leading NBFC. The candidate should have strong Hindi communication skills and basic English understanding.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain financial products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Follow calling guidelines and scripts.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Ensure high-quality customer interaction at all times.
• Requirements:Fluency in Hindi (speaking & understanding).
• Basic English knowledge preferred.
• Minimum education: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
• Telecalling/customer support experience preferred.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Salary:₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
