Telecalling Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader (Work from Home)

Salary: ₹15,000 (CTC) per month + Incentives

This salary is for experienced candidates who have handled a minimum of a 10-member team. Freshers can apply for Telecaller roles – salary will be ₹10,000.

Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30 minutes lunch break)

Training Timing: Same as working hours

Week Off: Sunday and Company Decided Major Public Holidays

Job Description:

MediaTechTemple is looking for an experienced and confident Team Leader to manage and lead a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate must be a native Malayalam speaker with fluent Hindi communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers

Monitor daily calling activities and team performance

Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups

Conduct regular training and performance improvement sessions

Handle customer escalations (Malayalam & Hindi calls)

Maintain attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies

Ensure daily and weekly call targets are achieved

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in telecalling, BPO, or customer support

Native fluency in Malayalam (must)

Strong spoken Hindi (must – customer handling level)

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems

Additional Details:

There will be 4 to 5 days of online training (UNPAID)

Trainer confirmation is required for final joining

Offer letter will be sent within 15 days after confirmation

Daily commitments will be assigned after training

Dedicated calling software will be provided (no phone usage allowed)

Laptop access will be required to install the software
