Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1.

Lead and manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

2.

Drive lead generation through multiple channels, including cold calling, client visits, and networking.

3.

Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting value and features.

4.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

5.

Prepare, analyse, and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

6.

Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

7.

Demonstrate strong understanding of brand management, market dynamics, sales strategy, and network development.

Candidate Requirements

•

6 to 12 years of mandatory experience in sales, preferably in a senior or client-facing role.

•

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•

Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-value deals independently.

•

Educational qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
