Business Development Executive (BDE)

KAM BDE ( JD)

1. Handle key account merchants (LFRs, chain stores) and support store-wise onboarding & activation.
2. Ensure all new stores go live and start transactions within TAT.
3. Drive monthly GMV growth from each assigned outlet through regular visits and follow-ups.
4. Maintain strong relationships with store managers and ensure smooth operations.
5. Coordinate with service teams to resolve POS/App/settlement issues quickly.
6. Execute campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility activities at store level.
7. Share daily visit reports, activation status, and GMV tracker with the merchant SPOC.
8. Maintain clean reporting, high ownership, and deliver all assigned targets.
