Job Description

  • Identify, approach, and convert schools, builders, architects, and contractors into active customers for Maverick products.
  • Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, channel partners, and direct institutional outreach.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for proposal preparation, product presentations, and project execution follow-up.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demos as required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor updates to help refine sales strategy.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 3 years in institutional or B2B sales — preferably in building materials, sports infrastructure, flooring, or construction-related industries.
  • Preferred Background: Experience dealing with school managements, real estate developers, or corporate procurement teams.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
