Job Description
Designation : Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Recruit, train, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Drive advisor productivity through motivation and support.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Candidate Profile :
• Qualification : Graduate
• Experience : Min. 1 year of BFSI OR Life Insurance Sales
• Age criteria : 21 to 32 YEARS
