Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Planning:


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.


Identify key opportunities to expand credit card products within various market segments.


Conduct market analysis and competitor research to adjust strategies and improve performance.


Team Leadership & Development:


Lead, coach, and mentor a team of credit card sales representatives.


Provide regular performance reviews, feedback, and training to enhance team performance.


Create a positive and results-oriented work environment to motivate the sales team.


Sales Performance:


Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


Develop and implement corrective actions when sales targets are not being met.


Review sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.


Client Relationship Management:


Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.


Address customer inquiries or concerns related to credit card products and services.


Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service.


Collaboration with Other Departments:


Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to enhance credit card offerings.


Provide feedback and insights from clients and sales to improve product features and marketing campaigns.


Collaborate with the risk and compliance teams to ensure that all sales activities are in line with regulatory requirements.


Reporting & Analysis:


Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining key metrics, trends, and achievements.


Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.


Compliance & Risk Management:


Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.


Monitor and mitigate any risks associated with credit card sales, ensuring ethical practices at all times.
