Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

4. Proposal Development:

• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and business plans.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or business development (1-3 years preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
