Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Center Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our After Sales Service Center in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of the service center, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff, technicians, and support teams.
• Monitor service KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports and implement improvement plans.
• Drive revenue through service offerings, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and upselling.
