The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Partnership & Channel Sales Manager to build and lead our "Referral Engine." In this role, you will not just be selling a product; you will be building the institutional and community pathways that bring life-changing technology to those who need it most. You will need to build, manage and maintain high-value relationships with stakeholders (doctors, Nurses, physiotherapists, discharge coordinators, other KOLs) of senior care living facilities, assisted living centres, home healthcare partnerships, hospitals and a network of specialized distributors to hit our aggressive growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Institutional Partnerships: Identify and onboard key B2B partners and also build referral partnerships with senior care/assisted living facilities, Rehab Centres, Homehealthcare partners and private hospitals.
  • Referral Network Development: Build a robust referral pipeline through doctors, physiotherapists, PMR doctors, Intensivist's and home healthcare agencies.
  • Government Channel Management: Work with specialized distributors (with minimum ₹10Cr+ turnover) to navigate private and government file pathways and pricing strategies for substantial institutional orders.
  • Strategic Sales: Drive outright sales of our products, focusing on demonstrating the clinical and financial ROI of ownership over rentals.
  • Channel Enablement: Train and manage distributor teams to ensure they can effectively communicate the value of our patented turning technology to key decision-makers.
  • Market Expansion: Tweak segment focus based on real-time market feedback to maximize revenue in the B2B and B2C sectors.


Who are we looking for?

  • Industry Expertise: 4–10 years of experience in building and managing healthcare partnerships in different healthcare channels, physician liaison roles, or premium medical device channel sales.
  • The "Hustle" Gene: A proactive professional who understands that partnerships are built in the field, not behind a desk.
  • Strategic Thinker: Someone who can map out complex decision-making processes in both government and private healthcare settings.
  • Communicator: Ability to explain a patented clinical solution to a Neurologist while discussing business margins with a distributor CEO.
