Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie with hands-on expertise in South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. The candidate will be responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Head Chef.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present dishes from South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines as per set standards
  • Take complete responsibility for the assigned kitchen section
  • Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation consistency
  • Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers in the section
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Assist in mise-en-place planning and timely service during operations
  • Monitor stock levels of the section and report requirements to seniors
  • Minimize wastage and follow cost-control practices
  • Follow standard recipes, kitchen SOPs, and management instructions
  • Coordinate effectively with other kitchen sections for smooth operations
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
  • Strong practical knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes
  • Ability to handle independent kitchen operations for a section
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
