Contracts Analyst 1

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)    Reviews and drafts third party vendor work orders, change orders and, to a certain extent, vMSAs in accordance with the LCN vendor contracting guidelines.
2)    Leads with minimal support in negotiating low to medium complexity vendor agreements and correctly follows the established steps for vendor agreement review, execution and escalation.
3)    Collaborates with project, finance, procurement and legal teams to ensure that appropriate terms and conditions are captured in third-party vendor contracts in compliance with IQVIA’s corporate policies.
4)    Oversee finalization and signatures/distribution of third-party vendor Work Orders and Change Orders.
5)    Update and maintain contract databases and files. 
6)    Gains competency in various business tools Salesforce CLM, Box as applicable.
7)    Supports in various administrative functions and initiatives within LCN.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1)    Knowledge of CRO Industry.
2)    Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
3)    Possess excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), critical thinking and attention to detail.
4)    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and customers.
5)    Must possess and demonstrate high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
6)    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1)     Degree in Law or related field and a minimum of 2-4 year's direct experience in contracts or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
