Customer Relationship Manager

 Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) builds client loyalty by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction, acting as a key link between company and customer, often involving sales support, account management, feedback, and post-sale service, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills. While "CRE" often means Customer Relationship Executive, it can also mean Certified Reliability Engineer (focused on product safety/reliability). 

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Responding to queries, handling complaints, building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Sales Support: Making outbound calls, generating leads, informing clients about products/services, and potentially closing sales.
• Account Management: Updating customer information, managing accounts, handling payments, and maintaining records (MIS).
• Service & Support: Providing post-booking/sales support, managing appointments, ensuring service quality, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Problem Solving: Addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
