Job Description

• Onboard new leads/customers and explain the product or service clearly.

• Verify customer details and register them in the app.

• Follow up with customers to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and support the team.

• Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.
