Roles & Responsibilities:

* Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone..

* Explaining the various features of the products and services customers have purchased.

* Clarifying the doubts of customers and assisting them with timely resolutions for their concerns.

Must to have:

* Excellent Communication

* Graduation mandatory

* 6 Days working/Rotational Week Off

* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply
