Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager – Secured Loans Location: Cochin, Kerala

Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Deputy Sales Manager for Secured Loans Sales. The role focuses on field sales and DSA channel management for secured products such as Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and other secured business loans. This is an individual contributor role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of secured loan products including Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans.
• Generate business through DSA partners and open market field sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and referral partners.
• Ensure complete documentation, login, and disbursement process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain portfolio quality.
• Provide accurate product information to customers and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in secured loans field sales.
• Must have hands-on experience in HL / LAP / Mortgage Loans.
• Strong exposure to DSA vertical and open market sourcing.
• Education: Minimum Graduation is mandatory.
• Age: Minimum 18 years.
• Good knowledge of secured loan products and local market.
